About Eckova Productions

Eckova is a full service production house registered in Pakistan (NTN ID 1042933-6) since 2004 with an international presence and is comprised of seasoned industry professionals. The core teams are made up of experienced directors, trained camera people, editors, animators, sound and music professionals, researchers and scriptwriters. The team members bring years of rich experience from across the pre and post-production processes. Eckova provides the “town campus” facilities to Karachi University Visual Studies and is participating in developing their film programme.

Sarwar Mushtaq, the CEO of Eckova is on Faculty of KUVS and offers the classes on film and photography. His students last semester produced films as their class project, one of which won an award at the recent film competition at the Karachi Arts Council. As a result of his unique teaching style he was sought after and served as guide and mentor to many of the LIDF participants.

Eckova provided the facilities, equipment, technical assistance and facilitation for the 2009 LIDF post production / workshop 2 component and excellent comments were received on the setup and support. For this project Eckova is the local implementing partner. ( www.eckova.com )
